Another rooftop rendezvous spot, Monochrome, located on the 6th floor of the building, offers an exciting experience. When you arrive, there will be a security guard to assist you with parking outside. Then, walk up to the 2nd floor and take the elevator to the 6th floor.
Your first visit might feel a bit awkward, but don’t worry. When the elevator doors open, you’ll step into a completely different world from the outside.
Monochrome in Cau Giay is probably not unfamiliar to those who love to chill in a pub with a touch of privacy. The interior decor of the bar is characterized by a minimalist, elegant, and subtle monochromatic color scheme. While there aren’t many tables, there’s still enough space for everyone to find a comfortable and private corner.
In addition to the indoor space and the bar area (where you’ll find a highly skilled bartender), Monochrome also offers an outdoor space for those who want to immerse themselves in the bustling streets and lively atmosphere.
We asked the bartender for recommendations and ordered two cocktails: the Japanese Slipper and the Blue Eyes. The cocktails had a subtle alcohol presence with hints of mint and sea buckthorn. Personally, I enjoyed the Japanese Slipper, which combined honeydew, pineapple, and coconut, providing a delightful and fragrant first sip.
