Although the cuisine is purely Vietnamese, the design and ambiance exude Thai vibes.
The two spacious floors offer a unique atmosphere, and every detail has been meticulously curated with love by the owner.
The staff was enthusiastic and provided exceptional service, making me feel right at home. They helped me select dishes that suited my taste and even offered advice on how to savor each dish authentically. To top it off, I received a small gift from the restaurant in honor of Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20th, a thoughtful gesture that demonstrated their care and attention to their guests, regardless of gender.
The menu is diverse and enticing, featuring delicious dishes. I ordered a cold snail vermicelli salad with a flavorful dipping sauce and a scrumptious Vietnamese pancake. The fragrant aroma from the pancake was irresistible, and the presentation was beautiful. I also tried the broken rice with pork and skin, which resembled com tam but had its own distinct flavor. The pork was incredibly tender, and the skin was delightfully crispy, making it a signature dish at Maii Bistro.
As for beverages, prices are around 85,000 VND per glass, and the menu is quite diverse, making it an excellent choice for coffee lovers. Regarding the food, my friend and I spent approximately 700,000 VND for a satisfying meal. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend visiting to experience it for yourself.
